Strategy, Project Managing & Event Coordination
CONTEXT
To create an influencer event at Pampers Research & Development center in Frankfurt, bringing together key creators from Sweden, Finland and Norway.
MY ROLE
I led the full project from initial strategy through execution, serving as the main point of contact for the client to ensure seamless alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
My work included
Creator Roster: Curating and securing a targeted mix of Nordic profiles.
Production & Logistics: Partnering with a local event agency, managing all travel and hotel bookings, and overseeing on-site venue branding and decor.
Creative Gifting: Designing and producing custom PR-boxes as exclusive event invitations.
Briefing & Execution: Aligning influencer deliverables with brand goals and co-ordinating the live event on-site.
